The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA)

OEHHA finalized its Tribal consultation policy on January 31, 2019. The policy is attached and can be found by clicking here.

This policy is intended for use by OEHHA staff when engaging with California Native American Tribes, and encourages communication and collaboration with Tribes in California.
OEHHA is an office within the California Environmental Protection Agency (CalEPA) and OEHHA’s policy is modeled on CalEPA’s 2015 Tribal consultation policy.
